Welcome to Saturo Academy, a business unit of Saturo Technologies Private Limited (“Company”). Thank you for using the website and services offered by the Company through Saturo Academy (together with its subsidiaries and other affiliates, “we”, “us”, “our”), which provide certain services including but not limited to “Training and Placement Services”). By enrolling in our courses or using our services, each student (“Student” or “you”) agrees to comply with the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our students. The Student is presumed to have read, agreed and accepted these terms & conditions. The Student hereby confirms that he/she is 18 years of age or more on the day of his/her course booking.
1. Course Fees & Payment Policy
- All course fees are clearly mentioned on our website or shared via official communication. All fees shall be payable strictly in accordance with the payment procedure specified in the official communication and must be remitted only to the designated bank account of the Company.
- Fees are subject to revision without prior notice. However, the fee agreed at the time of your enrollment will remain applicable for the entire course duration.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of registration fees or full/partial course fees, along with completion of the admission form.
- Students are requested to collect and retain their payment receipt for future reference.
- The complete course fees are supposed to be submitted within 14 days of batch start date.
- Non-payment of fees may lead to suspension or cancellation of enrollment.
- Students shall access the Services only after successful enrollment with Saturo Academy.
2. Refund Policy
- Saturo Academy follows a No Refund Policy once enrollment is confirmed.
- Refunds are applicable only if:
- A batch is cancelled by the institute due to unforeseen circumstances, or
- A duplicate payment is made in error.
- In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original mode of payment.
- Refunds will only be processed after the submission of relevant documents by the Student.
- No refund will be provided for student withdrawal, absenteeism, dismissal due to misconduct, or for any other reasons not listed above.
- All refunds shall be subject to the absolute and sole discretion of Saturo Academy.
3. Placement Assistance Policy
At Saturo Academy, we provide Placement Assistance (not guaranteed placement).
- Placement support is offered only to students who:
- Have successfully completed the training program and practical assignments.
- Maintain at least 80% attendance throughout the training.
- Clear mock interviews and internal assessments.
- Have no outstanding fees or disciplinary issues.
- Saturo Academy only provides job opportunities, referrals, and interview support. Final hiring decisions rest with the employer.
- Students must not make any direct or indirect payments for placements.
4. Referral Policy
- Saturo Academy may run student referral programs from time to time wherein a student may refer a candidate to Saturo Academy.
- Any Rewards or benefits with respect to any referral made by a Student, will be provided only when the referred candidate successfully enrolls and pays the required course fees.
- Referral rewards are non-transferable and subject to change as per Saturo Academy policy.
5. Flexi-Learning & Rejoining Policy
- Students who have paid the full course fee are eligible for Flexi-Learning benefits.
- Under this, a student may rejoin or repeat the same course within 6 months of the original enrollment date (subject to trainer and batch availability).
6. Attendance & Participation
- Students are expected to attend all classes, complete assignments, and actively participate in learning activities.
- Prolonged absenteeism without prior intimation may lead to course termination.
7. Certification
- A Certificate of Completion will be awarded only upon:
- Successful completion of coursework and assessments.
- Meeting attendance and participation requirements.
Certificates will be issued digitally unless specified otherwise
8. General Terms & Conditions
- Students are responsible for their personal belongings while on campus. The Academy will not be liable for any loss or theft.
- Saturo Academy reserves the right to expel a Student (without any refund) if he/she damages or steals any Saturo Academy property (physical or digital).
- Students must maintain professional and respectful behavior towards faculty, staff, and peers. Any misconduct or violation of these Terms & Conditions by a Student may result in suspension or termination of that Student without refund.
- Course content, trainers, and schedules are subject to change at the discretion of Saturo Academy.
- The Academy may use student testimonials, photographs, or video clips (with consent) for promotional purposes on websites and social media.
- Saturo Academy reserves the right to terminate the enrollment and expel any student at any time for reasons including but not limited to, breach of Terms & Conditions or unforeseen circumstances. The Student shall not be entitled to any compensation in such cases.
- All study material and course content provided by Saturo Academy are the intellectual property of Saturo Academy and must not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes by any Student.
- The Student shall not
- engage in any form of academic dishonesty, including but not limited to cheating, plagiarism, or unauthorized collaboration
- engage in any behavior that is disruptive, unethical, discriminatory, or unlawful, including but not limited to harassment and abuse of digital platforms.
- defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate or infringe the legal rights of any person affiliated with Saturo Academy or Saturo Academy, or interfere with another party’s use of the Services;
- make disparaging remarks about Saturo Academy, its staff, or its partners, whether in public, on social media, or in private communications.
- publish, upload, distribute or disseminate any harmful, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, tortious, or unlawful material or information in relation to Saturo Academy;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services through any means;
9. Privacy & Data Security
- Student personal data will be collected and used only for academic, placement, and administrative purposes.
- Saturo Academy will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
10. Right to Admission & Modifications
- Saturo Academy reserves the right to:
- Deny, suspend, or cancel admission in case of policy violations.
- Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website, and continued enrollment implies acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- We provide the materials ‘as is’ and without any warranties, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under statute. We also do not warrant that the materials will be error free, including technical inaccuracies.
- Saturo Academy does not make any commitment to you that you will obtain any particular result from your use of the Services or that you will obtain any particular qualification on completion of the courses.
- Saturo Academy shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings or loss or corruption of data.
- Saturo Academy will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Saturo Academy ‘s reasonable control.
